Investment opportunity - Green Angel Syndicate EIS Climate Change Fund

Green Angel Syndicate is the UK’s angel investment syndicate specialising in the fight against Climate Change and Global Warming. We have accumulated an enviable track record as an angel syndicate in the fight against climate change, with a well diversified portfolio of 25 early stage companies.

The Climate Change Fund is a co-investment fund investing in the deals coordinated by the Syndicate, building on the Syndicate’s deal selection and due diligence efforts, the excellence of which has been recognised by the Angel Syndicate of the Year award from the UK Business Angels Association in 2019.

Invest in the Green Angel Syndicate Climate Change Fund, and you will be helping make a difference in the fight to save the lives of future generations, while participating in an exciting investment opportunity as well as benefiting from SEIS or EIS tax relief (subject to individual circumstances and subject to change).

To discuss investing in the Climate Change Fund or joining as an active member of Green Angel Syndicate please register your name and email address. You will be contacted by Green Angel Syndicate’s CEO, Nick Lyth.

Investment in early-stage companies involves risks such as illiquidity, lack of dividends, loss of investment and dilution. Even when diversified within a fund, investing in early stage companies carries a higher risk than investing in more established companies. Investment in EIS and SEIS funds should be considered as part of a diversified portfolio.
